Project: Diversity Workbench
Design and optimization of the node specific database infrastructure (Diversity Workbench-components and compatible modules)
The Diversity Workbench modules that were developed within the BIOLOG-project GLOPP will be upgraded and adapted to the demands of the GBIF Node for Mycology. The necessary modules will be transferred on a server based database system. To enable the extension of the modular approach of the Diversity Workbench on Unix databases and to ensure interoperability a middle tier is developed.
